This is an unusual project in that the property suffered from repeated flooding due to problems with its original construction
These issues were resolved by demolishing and resiting the garage, and raising all frontage levels whilst making provision for collection and disposal of surface water along the line of the original hedge ditch
project has included total refurbishment of the property with new bathrooms and kitchen
